Mann has published similar garbage in the past. Or let's just say this wasn't an unbiased scientific study.

Looked, but probably missed, in which juried scientific journal this research was published.

As far as I know, most scientists who study climate can be counted among the "skeptics."

Chi-town: Wasn't the scare of the late 50's and 60's
that we were headed back into an Iceage, due to the
excesively cold winters? I remember Chicago winters
that were consistantly sub-zero for days on end. Hell
in the mid to late 70's there was a period that it got
down into the -20's. With the wind chill it was -80.
It hurt your lungs just to breath. We had record gas
bills that winter also, due to the furnace running
all day and night.
It sounds to me, as if "The Sky is Falling"
Good God, it gets a little warm in Europe, and the whole
arctic circle is at a boiling point....those damn sissies

Well, something is going on. In Kansas on last Wednesday, we were 11 inches short for year year on rain. Right now, we're only 2 inches short. Of course, Kansas has always had weird weather. It's one of the reasons we live here. It keeps the weirdos and wackos away.

If we nuke NK we can cancel this out with nuclear winter.
& Isn't the next Little Ice Age due soon? Good thing we have cars.

Show me some footnotes with the article. All others are opinion columns. And then we have to get the Freeper committee on footnote BS detection up and running.

I have to agree that something is going wrong. These dang Dallas summers just aren't what they use to be. Maybe all the warmth is just relocating.

Maybe all the warmth is just relocating. The warmth is vacationing in France this summer. Rumor is that it got a good price on lodging, due to lack of interest.

I understand they had an additional 10,000 empty rooms.
