When I was younger (13) I couldn't (my Dad wouldn't let me) get the second piercing in my left ear like all of my friends had. My neighbor friend froze my ear and stuck a pin in it and I had a new earring...I TRIED to hide from my father for a long time! Finally he said "...you think you are hiding something from me?" "I see that!" "Do you think you need another hole in your head..."
Don't mess with my Dad. He totally knew and I tried to hide it so good, talking with my right side to him, so he could "see it". He knew all that time.

so he could, "see it". ..so he won't see it ....

When will this abominable fad go out of fashion? That's what I want to know. Sailors and skinheads are getting pretty tired of having their culture co-opted :)

Oh Jeeezzzz!
1. The jerk deserves his tattoo.
2. The jerk is a double jerk to pay to have it lazered off when a cover up would be cheaper and accomplish his original goal.
3. The tattoo artist get's a "Gotcha" award.
4. The tattoo artist needs to lose a finger or two.
5. The jerk gets a darwin award for not wearing long sleeved shirts after he found out he was a jerk.
6. Never scream out to the world anything in any language you don't understand.
7. Martin_fierro is a fochabrute! <---it's mispelled, italian slang, go look it up!

What a tragedy, his parents have to be devastated. They are in my prayers.

You WILL care when you have any kind of a retail operation that has customers. We will only walk in ONCE, and probably NOT conduct ANY business. We will walk OUT and NEVER come back.
I don't want to be waited on by these freaks, and I don't want their "expertise" in any subject. My money is mine to spend whereever I want, and I WILL AVOID your establishment if this is what I encounter as an employee.
I see this behavior as a person who has absolutely no respect for themselves, ergo, they cannot have any respect for their employer, the job, or the customer.
To: ridesthemiles
Does that mean you wouldn't let me defib you?

I work in a very conservative defense engineering environment. My tattoos are never visible in pullover shirts. They are old celtic designs that have been tattooed on people for thousands of years. I got them in Scotland and I am very proud of them.
You would never even know I had tattoos if you worked with, or for, me.
Does your little rant mean you don't want me to design, test and integrate America's next generation weapons?
Would you prefer someone less skilled without ink?

There is nothing wrong with being different, or wanting to stand out. I have no problem with anyone who wants to look unlike everyone else, after all, I am one of these people. And about trying "to join the human race", what do you call a decent job? I for one am working on starting my own business where I can be tattooed and pierced. What is a decent job? Working at McDonald's or subway, being a doctor, or anything like that. What about a body artist? Is that not a decent job? I mean, do you shun anyone who is individual? I would rather be a "freak" than be like everyone else. I would rather have extreme jobs than be a tied down workaholic. At least I work and am not sleeping in a dumpster, so me and my indecent job which isn't in the human race, will leave you to your own thoughts now.
