IF Bush loses its the fault of the republicans. Republicans would rather vote for a democrat or not vote and therefore hand over the vote to the democrat. Remember 1992? It was the republicans so angry at Bush who went out and voted for Perot or maybe Clinton or maybe stayed home. And what did they get---hehehe---MORE TAXES!! even on social security!!! (Double Ha) Wake up ya guys. Vote for Dubya in 04

Conservatives would care that federalism is being ruled unconstitutional.

If making money is your definition of conservatism, then I guess I'll just sit around reading my bible, wondering when the day will come that we again get the privilege of a Ronald Reagan, a man who knew the dream of combining both fiscal and social conservatism.

If making money is conservatism, the Bill Clinton was a conservative.

Folks, my name is Zogby Pollster. I am standing here at the California Democrat Headquarters here on Hershey Packer Street in downtown San Francisco. I want to ask each of you working here a question. "You don't want Bush re-elected, do you?"

What part of christian conservativism 101 did you miss??

The part that says that If I'm not 100% satisfied with Bush I should stay home next election.

Many on this board say Bush is a one term President because he won't walk a 100% line then Dean (or some smuck like him) should be President.

I am a Christian and a Conservative so I just figured that I shpuld surrender too. Or maybe I'll just vote for the best man.

And you really think that Dean is the better person? Please don't just flatter yourself with calling yourself a christian conservative. Why do you think Dean is a better conservative than Bush?

1. Dean is for abortion, Bush is not
2. Dean is for higher taxes, Bush is not
3. Dean is for no war, no defense in terrorism, Bush is for our security.
4. Dean is for teens getting abortions without parents consent, Bush is not.
5. Dean is for kissing the French a##, Bush is not.

I don't know if you are being ridiculous or making a point thru sarcasm, but never would Dean or any democrat be a better president than Bush. So you did not get a 100% conservative. At least Bush is closer to the conservative values than Dean, or Hillary or any other democrat.

I was, of course, being sarcastic but the people saying Bush is a one term President because he has abandoned the Cgristian Right just piss me off.

I hoped you were being sarcastic. But if we are to fight for President Bush I think sarcasm is not what is necessary but simply pointing out how much better Bush is over any deocratic candidate.

If they can't sense the qualitative difference neither sarcasm nor pointing out how much better Bush is, probably will suffice.

I think Bush could hold out until the last moment, decline to run, fully support and campaign for the Republican candidate, and take his place among the greatest Presidents this nation has known. The alternative is an ugly re-election, a lame-duck last year, a frittering-away of EVERYTHING he has accomplished. When will we figure out that ONE SIX YEAR TERM, PERIOD!!!!!!!! is the way to go?

There's about 100 good conservative things Bush has done for each one on your list. You'll never ever get 100% in this country - never !

I am 63 years old, have a working listed telephone number and have NEVER been polled on any political question. I have been a register Republican since I was 21 y/o. Just exactly who are these "pollsters" calling for info?
A week ago, everyone was ga ga over a Field "poll" that was about the Calif Recall. It showed Bustamante at 25% and Arnold at 22%. What was conviently not shown or talked about was that this "poll" was from a total of 448 persons. Since there were about 2 million of Calif voters who signed the petitions for Recall, How dare the Field group only "poll" 448 persons and get major headlines and talk show activity over it? GARBAGE!!
I hardly find this an appropriate amount of persons to "poll".

You are correct--however, my panties got ruffled when I read your comments. Imagine someone who reads your comments and they get refueled b/c of your statements. However, I do agree, these malcontents will never be satisfied and I truly doubt that they ever voted for the president.

NOW the Hildabeast will announce her candidacy. And Wesley Clark will be her running mate. This is now almost a given.

I really respect Bush. I think he has heart of gold. But I do wish he would put more effort into articulating his thoughts.

Sometimes I feel he my be a bit dyslexic or "public speaking" nerves get the best of him.
