For two years this socialist had the opportunity to do something about our nation's energy inadequacies, but did nothing. He was too busy planning his next move into politics and the goal was surprising simple: run for governor of New Mexico

He knew what was happening to the generating and transmission facilites: they were sold to a foreign corporation. He also knew what was happening to the big chunk of the utility bills that went to the government. This non-generating and transmission portion of your utility bill is almost half of your monthly cost.

The Los Alamos Laboratories scandal was another inept chapter in the life of this globalist.

If he wasn't the governor of New Mexico chances are he'd be tapped by Arnold as part of his Kalifornica team.

People like Richardson wouldn't have the nerve to come out in public and make these kinds of remarks if they didn't know for sure they would not be challenged by the leftist press.

I saw Richardson being interviewed on Fox and the very attractive Black newsbabe ... don't know her name ... really held his feet to the fire.

He got so flustered, he finally accused her of politicizing the issue. It was hysterical. Unfortunately, he gets a pass everywhere else he goes.

I think the press is almost equal to the dems in treason.

From the article: "Abraham said it would be a mistake to take out controversial provisions, such as allowing oil drilling in the Arctic."

The idea that liberals and environmentalists are putting so much pressure to stop drilling in ANWAR is absolutely lunacy. This crap about having to continue depending on the arabs for our oil is ridiculous... And the idea that drilling an area ("Pristine, absolutely pristine" as the libs say) the size of a piece of typing paper on a football field is beyond stupid. I would take their complaints into consideration if this were a region that thousands visit every year, but it's not.

How is it that Bill Richardson's opinion carries any weight with regards to our national energy needs?

PLUS .. WHY DOESN'T THIS DEMOCRAT TELL HIS OWN PARTY MEMBERS TO GET OFF THEIR LAZY REARENDS AND PASS THE ENERGY PLAN BUSH GAVE TO THEM OVER 2 YEARS AGO!!!

The idiotic statement that "Bush needs to pass the energy bill" - shows you how partisan they are - BUSH CAN'T PASS THE ENERGY PLAN - HE CAN ONLY SIGN IT AFTER THE OBSTRUCTIONIST DEMS PASS IT.
