Delaying the overseas ballots is just another attempt to screw our military personnel out of their right to vote. Talk about depriving people of their civil rights.

"any changes in the voting process must be pre-cleared by the Justice Department in places like Monterey County that have a history of low voter turnout..."
lemme guess, this kangaroo judge wanna see turnout more like Iraqi voting for saddam then!!! Gee...

When did federal judges replace the Constitution?
I missed the memo.
First they invent interpretations.
Then they find "violations" of off-the-wall decisions.
What's going on?

My nightmare is that if he gets in then our fight against illegal immigrantion (the majority of the budget problem) is finished. Bustamante must be stopped from becoming Governor, period. He is a "Mechista", which means he is idealogically determined to help Mexico achieve its "Reconquista". We have a lot riding on this one...

Here is a short resume on this left wing judge who was appointed by the arch criminal, Bubba Clintoon.
http://air.fjc.gov/servlet/uGetInfo?jid=2757 Fogel, Jeremy D.
Born 1949 in San Francisco, CA
Federal Judicial Service:
U. S. District Court, Northern District of California
Nominated by William J. Clinton on September 8, 1997, to a seat vacated by Robert P. Aguilar; Confirmed by the Senate on March 16, 1998, and received commission on March 17, 1998.
The Clintoon reaches out behind closed doors to touch this Rat Judge and gets him to try this.

With each passing day, the terrible drumbeat of a coming civil war gets closer. If the atheists and sodomites want a fight, then me and mine are prepared to stand as patriots against them.
Aim small.

Folks you have to expect this and much more from the libs. Even if Davis is recalled and the GOP wins it will end up in court. Guarantee you it will happen.

Okay - I'll go for that - and I also heard that he was tapped because he has made a fortune in the bond market and Ahhnold was interested in picking his brain about how to do that. If Ahhnold will just keep Buffett out of the political posturing mode before a microphone - it might be okay. But .. I think people were upset by Buffett's comment - right out of the gate - that property taxes were too low.
Also .. I'm stunned to see a poll which says Ahhnold LOST 33 points in just about 3 days, putting him at 22% and Bustamonte at 25%. I just don't think Ahhnold's number is possible.

Justice Dept approved the plans, and announced they would send special teams of US Marshals to observe the election in these 'special' counties to prevent intimidation? coincidentally they would also BOLO for voter fraud :-) Throughout the state would be better :-)

Be of good cheer, FRiends. I know Judge Fogel. I appeared before him innumerable times while in private practice, and I've chats with him at conferences since I've gone into the public sector. A more honest, thoughtful, and conscientious judge you are never going to find. A Dem, true, but not political. By way of my bona fides, I am a rock-ribbed conservative and relentless opponent of judicial activism. Unless the voting rights act all but mandates an injunction, Fogel isn't going to give it to them. We've all seen overreaching federal judges. If he was going to act like that he would have done it already by enjoining the election.

Hope your perception is accurate! Hate to have the whole thing drug out/overturned in the court system - like Prop. 187, Gore/Bush, etc.
