Oh, my! I can see the mountain so much better than I could on tv today. I could cry seeing our poor beloved mountain all burnt up. Traffic not allowed for general public until sometime in September. I can't wait until we can go up and check it out, we miss it so.

It was wonderful knowing President Bush was so near today.

Honors is the right word, cyncooper! It is so wonderful to have a President who actually CARES about the environment, doesn't use it just for political gain, and wants to get us out of the mess that the WACKOS have gotten us into.......

Yes--It's up on Mt. Lemmon near Tucson. I can see the "backside" clearly from the end of my street (dang houses in the way of my view from home!). hehe

He helicoptered up to the mountain straight from the Air Force base so there was no motorcade for us to go wave at so I watched coverage on tv.
