Oh, man! That would be a dream come true!
I never get to spend much time with him, at least not near as much as I'd like.
The thought of me and Logan riding down the highway hour after hour together makes my heart smile.

The fact is, though, he's still a little pukie to take long car rides, and I'll probably not be able to get off work for this one, anyway.
I won't know for sure for a few more days.
Thank you for the invite. If I can, I'll be there!

My son was born with paralyzed vocal chords which required a tracheaotomy to be inserted in his throat when he was one month old.
He didn't have a puppy, but he had a little multicolored blanket, which he named, "Inkie", when we removed the tube at two years old.
He still has a little corner of that blanket, and he's 39 years old.

I have no doubt that Logan's puppy will be with him the rest of his life, just as Yappers will be with your daughter.

Oh I know and I really do hope they preserve that little puppy for Logan. It will be somethng when he is a man and husband and father of his own to show his children the "little friend" who was with him from the very beginning. I'm just a sentimental at heart but I can't help it! :)
