Becraft said the federal tax code is a confusing conglomeration that "at best is a walking due process violation." LOL

He said the average American simply doesn't understand the tax code.No one in this country should complain about paying their fair share of taxes, the problem is when you have to cough up almost HALF your income, that is a huge theft from the Local/State/Fed gov't.

Fair Tax already has support in the legislature. Call your Reps/Senators ASAP.
For those against an NRST thiking it's just another VAT tax, read the FAQ at the above link. This isn't a VAT tax. Do not continue to confuse the two.

In truth the income tax really isn't logical, because you trade one thing of value (labor) for another thing of equal value (money).
If you trade $100.00 worth of labor for $100.00 worth of income you haven't gained anything! There is no gain to tax!
If I buy a car for $1000 and then sell the same car for $1000, do I owe (income) tax? Of course not! I have no income to tax.
If I sell the above car for $1100, then I have only $100 of taxable income.
When you trade your labor for wages, there is no gain to you. The check you get on Friday is an even trade for the hours you put in.

GOOD POINT!! I never thought about it like that. It makes such logical, perfect sense. Although, my hubby was in the Navy for nine years and I can tell you from first hand experince, if it makes total sense, the government doesn't do it that way! If it is totally screwed up and bass-ackward then THAT is they way they go!!

"When asked if she planned to start paying federal income taxes again, Kuglin replied: "I will pay all the taxes for which I am liable."" She's not going to be given a choice. She should expect the IRS to start seizure and forfeiture actions in the very near future.

Oh!,I understand...I know, Arcer (R-Tx) proposed the NRST...couldn't think of his name. Post #15 makes a lot of sense...but, tax reform IS needed...repeal the 16th Adment./Abolish the IRS...very heavy fines/long prison time to those who cheat...there will be some.

Problem:
This accurate concept treats labor as a commodity.
By New York State Law...labor cannot be a commodity. So you have gained, because you're a slave your labor is nothing, but you received something for it...in New York State
