Well, on I-75, I-85, and 285 there are a lot who fit that description. :-p I have to drive through Atlanta next Tuesday on 75/85 and dread it! Especially after those two different 20+ car pile-ups yesterday. Why are there so many people in Atlanta who don't know to slow down during a downpour? One news station said something along the lines of "speed wasn't the cause, they were only going 55mph." But they were doing 55 in what was called a "freak downpour"?? On a slick road? It doesn't take much logic to know that 55 is too fast on a slick, wet road during a heavy downpour.
