That's great. Look for us on the west side or just look for the American flags. Lefties don't have American flags, in general. :-)

TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE ANNOUNCES HOMEOWNERS RATE REDUCTIONS
www.quorumreport.com
REDUCTIONS
Estimate savings to consumers of $510 million
The Texas Department of Insurance has just released a summary table after reviewing proposed rates by inusurance companies on various homeowners and renters lines. The review is required under SB14 passed last session. Insurance companies have ten days to appeal.
The table reflects reductions from rates proposed by the companies. The reductions indicated by the TDI table are from those proposed rates, not current rates paid by consumers.
Nor does the table incorporate data reflecting the increase of rates over the last several years.
So, if a homeowner policy doubled from $500 to $1,000, a 15% rate reduction would mean roughly a $150 savings on a $500 increase.

Don 't forget that there is a parking garage for visitors between 13th and 14th and San Jacinto and Trinity. If you can't find parking on the street, go there and your car will be shaded.

I had leave a little early, but I sure had a great time. Several of the demos were clearly almost insane, and several tried to pick fights. I got interviewed by the local cable news, and I express my saddness that the once pround democrat party of Texas was reduced to a bunch of angry, bitter, leftists with no ideas of their own.
I'm not sure exactly what happened, but at one point DPS troopers had to drag a Demo away, perhaps because he got physical trying to stop a TV reporter from interviewing a freeper.

I knew I was forgetting someone. Blame it on the heat. (Please)

JimNtexas, is that you to the left of CindyDawg in number 6?
While you're there, take a look at "Trip to New Mexico" pictures of the guys who went to NM with me (or I went with them) last week to confront Senator Van de Putte and tell her to come back to Texas.

You can also Freep from afar:
The Texas Democrat Party encourages us to "thank the Texas 11"...the Texas Democrat Party Jackals who think it is better to be personally protected by New Mexico State Troopers--courtesy of the New Mexico taxpayers on the orders of Democrat Governor Bill Richardson--than to work on the legislative business of the people of Texas.
Here is the address and phone number of their current hideout:

Albuquerque, NM 87109
Phone: 1 505-821-3333

How about everyone mail them one of the following:
Box of pampers
Jar of baby wipes
Baby rattle
Talcom powder to help with their chapped bottoms.
Cabbage patch dolls.
Make sure to send this to all your like minded friends. I sent baby wipes myself. Have fun!
