Especially one that left his wife to participate freely in his own sinful desires. Now that's the person I'd want say counseling a husband or wife who has their eye on a neighbor or something(sarcasm)

"The church needs to get beyond the sexuality thing," she said. "We don't get to judge people. That's not our job."

Just tell people they can do whatever they feel like. God doesn't care.

"If I may be allowed to build upon the idiocy of this statement...where exactly, does she get the right to judge me in my judgements?"

We judge every second, it is called common sense, or, right from wrong.

In the United States of America all rights are recognized as given by God, the Creator. Look it up in the Declaration of Independence.

The "right" some contest is moral. Who contests morality? Homosexuals, perverts and all round degenerate sodomites. Oh, yeah, add law breakers, dopers and atheists.

Right on target - It's called discernment and we are expected, no, commanded to use it.

Thanks, but I must confess...I find it unusual to be corrected over a point we agree on.

Married Episcopal man comes to Rev. V. Gene Robinson.
Says his wife doesn't love him any more.

Rev. Robinson ponders the problem for a few minutes and then says, take off your pants.

Go to Yahoo and put "Episcopal Diocese of Alabny New York" in the search field. You'll go to a website that includes a page of "contacts", of which Bishop Herzog is one.

Episcopalians, Catholics, all orthodox Christians should email this brave man and say, "Keep it up!"

"Premature" is putting it mildly; it's downright illogical. The intellectual dishonesty behind Robinson's confirmation would be apparent even to nonbelievers. For example, the writer Christopher Hitchens, who is an atheist, has criticized the Church of England for its continual attempts to be in lockstep with the zeitgist. Hitchens may be atheist, but he knows nonsense when he sees it. The confirmation of RObinson is an intellecutal and moral affront to orthodox Anglicans and many other people.
