Mr. Keller said, "In Jill and John, I will have two sidekicks who are superb journalists, genuine leaders, straight shooters, deeply committed to this paper and all it stands for." Inasmuch as it stands for the Democratic party at any cost, it appears that not much has changed. That is, of course, precisely as intended.

I thought it was Abramson. Totenberg? Mayer Hamilton? Totenberg and Cokie Roberts are the ones who leaked the statement of Anita Hill to one of the Senators grilling Judge Thomas (IMHO, Howard Metzenbaum). Hill had not authorized submission of her unsubstantiated allegations.
