If this is true, it is already watered down. Who knows what really happened. Kobe was scum for cheating on his wife, but did he go so far as to rape someone? Maybe, maybe not. She wasn't in the room very long, so maybe they consented and he kicked her out like a scum. Or maybe he did it. I think it is going to be hard to prove.

I think consenting but not to intercourse is consenting a bit. If she agreed to fool around, but not go all the way, she was playing with fire. Not that this gives him the right to rape her.
