This is going to be so watered down. It appears to be a case of date rape. She went willfully to his room, he took freedoms that can be deemed as rape. Problematic and murky.

Gotta' learn not to mess with those immature types.
There are plenty of willing and able women who are able to make up their mind, but few, if any, are that young.

Kobe's credibility is gone. Probably his wife will be gone soon, too. Probably his endorsements, too. Nobody's a winner in this drama.

From what I have heard about this case and the details in this article, I think I know what he did to her... it's unspeakably cruel, but she probably consented to 'sex' not having any idea what was in store for her.

If this is true, it is already watered down. Who knows what really happened. Kobe was scum for cheating on his wife, but did he go so far as to rape someone? Maybe, maybe not. She wasn't in the room very long, so maybe they consented and he kicked her out like a scum. Or maybe he did it. I think it is going to be hard to prove.

but she probably consented to 'sex' not having any idea what was in store for her. As we learned during the Clinton years not everyones definition of sex is the same.
To: Az Joe
According to Matt Drudge on his Sunday radio show, he forced her take his male anatomy in the wrong slot.

WHO said she consented "a bit"? That fact appears to be murky.

That was a rumor, just like the rumored tearing inside of her. There are so many rumors in this case it's going to be difficult to sort out.
To: AppyPappy
I think consenting but not to intercourse is consenting a bit. If she agreed to fool around, but not go all the way, she was playing with fire. Not that this gives him the right to rape her.
To: Galtoid
She thought he was only going to dribble, but he decided to shoot.

Reread the first paragraph. She agreed to some sexual contact.

If convicted, he could be getting the same treatment.
