You have failed to establish a relationship between the proposition that US citizens of African ancestry should be sent to somewhere they've never been before to resettle permanently, the contention that this country is becoming third-world and a stupid statement made by the vice president of student affairs at CalPoly.

Not racist. Maybe stupid. Who should be on the first boat to Africa? Clarence Thomas? Condoleezza Rice? Ward Connerly? Walter Williams? Tiger Woods (of course, as a Cablinasian(sp?), he may be eligible for tickets elsewhere). Maybe every black sailor in the US Navy -- they can operate the ships that take the black Marines, Coast Guardsmen, Soldiers, and Airmen to Africa. They can be funded by black businessmen and entertainers.

I suspect you don't really want to indiscriminately eliminate every "black" (and I suppose we're using the one-drop rule to keep things simple) from American society. Rather, you want certain sectors of black America removed. The poor. The liberals. The radicals. The antisocial. That doesn't make you racist -- it just makes you a crazy social engineer, almost up there with history's great eugenecists, ethnic cleansers, and political purifiers.

Given the time horizon of your prediction and the solution you have implied would rectify this problem, my standards of proof are much, much higher than a few statistics. Google nature vs. nurture and causation vs. correlation, do some reading, and reconsider your notion that several genes determining pigment have more to do with where on the globe a person should live than the sum total of their life experiences.

"Mr. Hinkle was charged with engaging in conduct which disrupted a student meeting, a content-neutral rule applicable to all students.
