As some soul stated earlier, had this loser been fired weeks ago for his blatant racism and bringing his klukker dunce cap in to work, there would be a zillion posts on this critter now. They'd be falling all over themselves commenting on the injustice of it all.

Instead, silence reigns.

The description I heard earlier on the tube was not only had he brought in a KKK hood into the workplace, but he repeatedly put it on. Management told him to stop or go home. Thus the referral to the threat management place.

I would've canned his butt immediately. I don't care what he does on his own time, but when he's on my dime, he doesn't disrupt the workplace--and I sure as hell would not have let him back on the premises for some stupid touchie-feelie counseling.

If a guy brought a klukker dunce cap to an office I was running, he'd be looking for a job. No "anger management" classes needed. Same thing if a guy brought in a Black Panther beret. When it comes to dealing with nutcase thugs, I operate on an equal-opportunity basis.
