I would add that, instead of causing the 3rd world any suffering, the U.S.A. has been responsible for raising the standard of living worldwide.

Those who pursue profit, make something of themselves, build corporate empires, or just "selfishly" follow their personal dreams and take chances, these are the people who have, in the end, made the world a better place.

These are Americans.
