Gotta be a joke, even their own website eludes calling it an actual addiction!
Quite simply these centers are the direct result of court ordered "treatment" and have only recently realized that if they want to keep their jobs there had better be something a bit more permanent than court ordered treatment.....viola...addiction!
BTW, I don't need help, don't smoke it, toke it, snort it etc.....
