The decision in many respects deals with the same issues as the court's 30-year-old Roe v. Wade ruling that provided for legal abortions. Emory University law professor David Garrow said the ruling "strengthens and enshrines" the court's thinking in the abortion case.So says David Garrow, hitherto unknown liberal until elevated to present status through the machinations of some maunfactured controversy

Yeah, Rooster, the moralists are the evil actors in this drama. The perverts are the wholesome, heroic victims.
Keep thinking like that. Harry Browne likes the cut of your twisted jib, I'm sure.

The Supreme Court's ruling striking down bans on gay sex This seems overly dramatic..........

The Supreme Court's ruling striking down bans on gay sex also strengthens the constitutional underpinnings for legal abortion and other socially divisive issues, some legal experts say.
.......it sounds like some would like to extrapolate ..........

Playboy Magazine and the gays have been working steady drip fashion on these sodomy laws for years. It was a staple of Playboy when it used to be good. In articles and letters to the editor. Now that I think about PlayboyMag was one of the first libertarians.

So says David Garrow, hitherto unknown liberal until elevated to present status through the machinations of some maunfactured controversy Garrow has had his 15 minutes of fame here in Atlanta. He first won status in (what passes for) academia by penning a long, long, long (very long)--and totally unrevealing--biographical tribute to Martin Luther King. But being white, he could never please the Race Establishment no matter how much he sugar-coated the truth. So he switched from race to gender and came out with the "definitive" tribute to Abortion-on-Demand. This won him a distinguished professorship at Emory University (rich with Coca-Cola money, and eager to shed any trace of its Methodist past). As befits a man enlightened by Clintonian feminism, Garrow promptly began sexually harassing the school's hired help. Some of them took their case to the papers. FINALLY the general public noticed him. But I think Emory must have paid off the media, because these recent quotes are the first I've heard from him in a good long while.
