NO, I don't ever buy anything over the phone (except when I bought things during calls initiated by me before the days of the Internet,) which may explain why I don't receive that many telemarking calls (it could be my shiitety zip code, I dunno!)

Protection of private property is perfectly Constitutional, and in some cases is positively required by the Constitution.
