She needs help on Amazon. Lefties are recommending all sorts of stupid books in addition to hers...We need to get a REAL recommendation up like "Useful Idiots" or something by Tammy Bruce. Help her out!

Forgive me if I don't immediately believe that McCarthyism was a completely noble time for our country...In her book, does she give specific examples of people who, according to liberal history accounts, were wrongly targeted by McCarthyism...but were in actuality (from her opinion) *rightly* targeted? She seems kind of vague in the excerpt...

"I DARE CALL IT TREASON"
Me too.
I'll tell ya the truth. If Ann Coulter was as disgusting as Helen Thomas to look at, I'd still harbor secret fantasies about her.
What a pantingly hot, ideological Goddess!
To: Cael
She gives many, many concrete examples of such.

.......And liberals will continue unabashedly invoking a lie in order to shield their ongoing traitorous behavior. Her unabashed lack of candy coating makes me want to feel like the inside of an M&M......melting in her hand.
To: TheBigB
Sounds good. I hate it when people, liberals and conservatives, don't bring up specific examples. She certainly makes a stunning claim.
Has any newspaper reviewed this book? It would be interesting to see what the NYT says about it....

America cringed with terror at Ken Starr
I still cringe at Ken Starr. Didn't he turn treason into a plump, horny intern?

She doesn't need to. Those stories are a dime a dozen. Read A Book (title) by Desi Arnaz for a good example.

I read the New York Times for the fiction(news), not the book reviews.
They will lie, as they do.
To: Cael
You don't have to read Ann's book to find out that everything McCarhty said and claimed, was released out of the deep dark storage of the Soviet's vaults.
This country was over run with communists and there are just as many today as there was then.
Their favorite hate word is to call someone a Hitler like or Nazi, racists, homophobe, right wing extremists. Half the freaking congress is full of them.
To: TLBSHOW
the los angeles times is one of the biggest promoters of this evil. regularly they run whine articles about how hollywood was oppressed by mccarthism.
also, the obits of hollywooders involved are opportunities for page-long diatribes.

I certainly hope you've been lurking around here for about two or three years.....it takes a certain amount of cojones to state the above in a Coulter Thread.
Like I said.....Welcome Aboard Good Luck!!!

I've been lurking around for awhile. I think I had an account earlier but I forgot the name and password or whatever email account it was attached to...so yeah, I know a little of how you guys can go on the attack ;). I don't know if I'll buy this book yet, but I'll page through it next time I'm at the B&N.

I certainly hope you've been lurking around here for about two or three years. It has. I recognized it's writing style immediately and checked the sign up date to confirm my hypothosis. It has several interesting posts today if you click on the "Find in Forum" button. It's a typical and predictable troll.
