A search by customs officials found the ship did indeed contain the illegal abortion drugs. However, government spokesman Malgorzata Wilkosz-Sliwa, said "If no-one tries to distribute [the pills], then there is no crime." She should have confinscated the pills until the ship was ready to leave port to make sure they didn't get into inappropriate hands.

I there was ever a reason that the MK-48 ADCAP torpedo was invented, this is it. That would get all the PC nuts' patties in a bunch. G-d forbid that you would kill murderers. It's ok to kill babies in the womb, terminally ill people and mentally ill people but not criminal murderers.
