I'm trying to drum up support for reelecting the President and other Republicans.... After all that's the objective isn't it?

The objective is to roll back the size of government and deal with the impending problems of our welfare state. Bush and the GOP lately have been doing the opposite. If you give them your uncritical loyalty, they will reward you by ignoring your demands - that is exactly what has happened to blacks in the Democratic Party. It's amazing how folks here on FR will comment about how stupid so many blacks are for uncritically pulling the Donkey lever, and then they turn around and downplay legitimate criticism of Bush as bashing.

The President needs to realize the Democrats are playing games, so he ought to merely go back door and confirm ALL of his remaining appointees ANY way he can.

Well good luck with using the democrats to do that.... The Republicans may never do it to the extent you desire but then who made you King to rule for all.... I do think the chances are better with the Republicans than the Democrats, but then I don't have the gift that some ppl claim to have.

I'll take my chances with Republicans, you and the others can take your chances with whomever you choose..... Isn't life great and this is a great county to allow that.....

You're being asinine now - I have every friggin' right in the world to stand up and voice my criticisms, as an activist and an informed citizen. You are spening precious little time making your positions and too much time attacking those you disagree with.

It is one thing to work from WITHIN the party in an attempt to effect change. It is quite another to stand on the outside and lob fallacious potshot after potshot after potshot in order to 'be the center of attention' and attempt to denigrate for the sake of disruption.
