Runway 15 now closed. Flights are landing on alternate runway so far. Metrolink from Antelope Valley being held in Sylmar.

Police representative being interviewed now. He says the driver is detained. Not under arrest. Owner of storage locker business noticed a truck police were looking for parked by his business. His security contacted police. Driver is believed to be from the Texas area. This is the exact truck they had been looking for.
