If I can stop paying the taxes that support irresponsible welfare scum, and they're not allowed to create any more kids they won't support, I'll take the deal.

That's what they said about demonizing all divorced fathers as "deadbeats" and treating them like people who defaulted on their credit cards. And what happened?...the feds give the states more and more money every year to do it, and spending on benefits has gone up as well. Government is in the business of government. Whenever they throw money at a problem, the problem gets worse and costs the taxpayers more.

And the system is a big reason why the orphanages are full.

Poor people who work, but are too tired to mow the lawn. Give me a break. My husband and I work 12 to 14 hour days five days a week and occasionally on weekends. My husband has three herniated discs in his neck that cause him severe pain, but he still mows our rather large lawn on our acreage with a push mower. I have a LPN from Latvia that works three jobs and she still mows her lawn.

Usually rich, lazy people do not have a lot of kids. They do not want to take care of them. Even if they did one thing about them is that they would not be asking taxpayers to shell out to care for them.

There should be a nation-wide poll, and everyone that is pro-life should have an orphan assigned to them.

Fine, I would volunteer, as long as I am not told how to raise him. The problem with forster care and having that child in my home is that the government comes with him. While I am raising my kids the government is not wanted in my home.

I hope so. For all their problems there is a lot more oversight and instillation of good values in the orphanage system.

Of course, on the other hand, when bad things happen to kids...it's the government that is responsible, gets the blame, and has to deal with it. People want a lot of things...sometimes contradictory.

I couldn't agree more.

I would be willing to go for that if every pro-murder dingbat is similarly assigned a loser baby factory to keep her from repeating the problem.
