Anyone that spends time at a shooting range, has probably seen "unsafe" actions on the part of shooters.
Training is a must from qualified persons, to prevent anymore of these incidents.
I compete a lot, and have seen things, that I would consider unsafe also.
Those are very rare, thankfully.
