"Despite my many personal and ideological differences with Hyde, I was sympathetic to his distress,'' Clinton writes, "although mystified that he didn't see the double standard in his reaction.'' Being as she was instrumental in forming the group that got and distributed this information, her crocodile tears are particularly repellant.

I thought the Clintons were in favor of Stalinist show trials.

Henry Hyde did not lie about his affair under oath before a federal judge in a sexual harrassment lawsuit and then compound his lie before a federal grand jury. That's the distinction. I am "mystified that she didn't see the double standard in her reaction."

Hitlery - listen up - Hyde didn't go into a COURT OF LAW AND LIE ABOUT IT! That's the difference!!!!!

Unfortunately, too many dimwits don't get the distinction between Clinton's acts, and Mr. Hyde's indescretion. Many in this country are still hung up thinking that the Klintoon was impeached because he diddled with Monica.

On June 28, there will be a breakfast to benefit her political action committee, called HILLPAC, followed by a book-signing at Women & Children First bookstore at 5233 N. Clark. Chicago book signing info

Time magazine sorta ripped Hillary on their cover--up close and very personal, shows a heavily made up gal with wrinkles galore.

Clinton was not being impeached for adultery! How many times does this have to be explained in order for people with half a wit to understand?
Clinton was really being impeached for the thousands of other facts known which the spineless republicans had not the stomach for bringing forth out of fear for their own hides over their similar acts.
Clinton had banked on that fact and it worked. To judge the president over a horny girl with a slippery dugout bad manners only exceeded by the president's was just wrong.

I thought the Clintons were in favor of Stalinist show trials. I think they're only in favor of them when the accused is executed.

She changed her mind at the behest of former Rep. Dan Rostenkowski (D-Ill.), the Chicagoan who headed the Ways and Means Committee. Passing the buck. Somehow I suspect Rosty was too shrewd to have done this. But didn't he get some sort of commutation from Clinton? He may choose not to go public with the truth on this.

Speaking of wrinkles, did you see the picture in today's Washington Times of Hillary signing books yesterday?

Henry Hyde did not lie about his affair under oath before a federal judge in a sexual harrassment lawsuit and then compound his lie before a federal grand jury.Amazing isn't it? This "LITTLE" tidbit of data is LEFT OUT of every defense made of the cigar toting oval office and women abuser. Posterity, if left to the gimmies, will observe that a POTUS was IMPEACHED for nothing more than marital infidelity.

Posterity, if left to the gimmies, will observe that a POTUS was IMPEACHED for nothing more than marital infidelity. As John Adams and the Gipper used to say, facts are stubborn things. Clinton lied under oath to a federal judge in a sexual harrassment lawsuit and compounded his lie before a federal grand jury, for which he was impeached, held in contempt of court, lost his license to practice law and had to pay $700,000 to settle the lawsuit. We must repeat those facts at every opportunity.

I am mystified that she didn't see the irony of a lawsuit for sexual harassment that was based on something Bill signed into law. I am pretty PO'd that the Republicans did not hammer Bill into repealing it...ever.

"Clinton was not being impeached for adultery"
There has got to be some way to put this erroneous information down the tubes once and for all. This is getting ridiculous - I'm hearing people repeating what Hitlery said about the "right-wing bending the Constitution to impeach x42 for adultry" [paraphrase].

There was even more irony. The feminists and liberal courts were holding that a single act of harassment could create a hostile environment and constitute sexual harassment, but the Eighth Circuit adhered to the more conservative rule that a multiple act pattern had to be proven. The only reason Clinton got the lawsuit thrown out of court was because conservative judges, the kind Hillary is filibustering, heard his case. And if he hadn't lied under oath he wouldn't have had to pay a dime to settle the case after Jones asked it be reinstated.

Don't forget the most important history book...Bartlett's Quotations, I believe WJC had three.
I never had sexual relations with that woman...
I did not inhale...
It all depends on what the meaning of the word is is...
Lies that have gone down in history. And we know they have because they are in Bartlett's now. Every generation until English changes too much will mark each of these quotes with...WEASEL. It's WJC's biggest problem and his third Legacy.

Thank you. Every time I think I've heard everything, someone can put up the most fascinating item. I am going to have such fun with that...you could not imagine. Thanks!
