Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton gave a lone thumbs-down to one of President Bush's favorite lawyers last night, voting against the appointment of Michael Chertoff to the federal appellate bench.I think we ought to congradulate Clinton for her civilized behavior. In the old days if the Clintons didn't like someone, that person became a victim of Arkancide.
