but he will likely have the DUI on his recordDid you miss the part where it say's he's 17, that means he can have it expunged.

I don't know about Tennessee.

And, oh; what was Kennedy's punishment, ask you? Why, his license was suspended for one year. How Tragic!Reminds me of Emo Phillips' great line. He said that he had had a drink and was driving around Boston when he got pulled over by a state police officer. When the cop asked Emo if he knew what the penalty was in Massachusetts for drinking and driving, Emo responded "Repeated election to the Senate?".
Nothing hurts you more in politics than being made the punch line of a joke.

Page Road is not in BelleMeade. It's in Hillwood. Across Harding Road from The Meade.

So if you refuse a breathalyzer, you get arrested anyway?Absolutely. If the cop reasonably believes that you are intoxicated based on observable evidence (e.g., failing the field sobriety test, slurred speech, weaving across the road, alcohol on breath etc) he can arrest you, and you can be prosecuted and even convicted without a breath or BAC test. This is especially true where the encounter is filmed and shows undeniable evidence of drunkeness.
It is arguably easier if a good breathalyzer test is run, but a breathlalyzer test is not absolutely necessary.

Whew, good thing he was drinking and not smoking dope. Then he would have been playing jazz on the CD player and driving after white women.

Rarely does anyone get treated like royalty in Davidson County for drunk driving, not even NFL QB Steve McNair. Junior Frist will lose his license for a year, and he will likely serve some type of sentence.
To: dljordan
The Frist's are royalty in Nashville. Which Nashville do you live in? The Frists aren't royalty here. Half the people think they made their money by shady dealings in health care.
Nashville royalty is Bredesen, Ingram, and Siegenthaler.

Page Road is not in BelleMeade. Check your map. Page Rd. is smack dab in Belle Meade, at the very end of Belle Meade Blvd., where the multi-acre estates dwarf the other mere mansions of Belle Meade.

Damn ...you are so right. It runs up to Cheekwood and those old red brick apartments are on the right going up that way.
I for some reason was thinking of Post Road which as you know is a border to Belle Meade.
