Michael Savage had an interesting theory tonight. He's speculating that the prosecutor who's throwing the book at Stewart is a Clinton appointee who is using Stewart to make the Bush administration look bad. Savage is saying that the Democrats will charge the Bush administration as being hostile to women and use Stewart as their poster-child, saying the Bush administration stole her company from her.

Is it true that the prosecutor is a Clinton appointee? Savage said that he didn't know but wouldn't be surprised.
