Selective reading. Search FR for those articles. The "witnesses" backed away from their account that she got run over (and then, allegedly. the driver went in reverse the second time). In fact, you'll find pictures of her after the incident - it's clear that she did not get run over.

He fled to Israel because Israel will not extradite a Jew anywhere for any cause (or so I understand from the news accounts--I'm not a lawyer).

Despite the disclaimer, I suspect you know that statement isn't true. Sheinbeins murderer wasn't extradited because he would have faced the death penalty in the US. Dozens of countries from Europe to South/Central America to our neighbor to the south have the same policy. He was tried in Israel, where he got a much lighter sentence than he would have in the US. Israeli Nationals at the time of the commission of the crime (not Jews) aren't extradited, also a policy followed by dozens of countries.

Actually I think the most legitimate indictment in this context would be against Yasser Arafat, who ordered the murder of two American diplomats in the 1970s.

That page has links to the actual news stories in the major media, and compares their discrepancies and shows how ISM fabricated the whole "run over by bulldozer" story.

For starters, she wasn't protecting "houses" from demolition. She was protecting a SMUGGLING TUNNEL from being destroyed, a tunnel that leads to Egypt and is used to smuggle people, drugs, weapons, ammo, and explosives.

ISM also recently has been caught sheltering one terrorist in their offices, and also helped along the two recent British citizenship Arab suicide bombers.

Dual citizenship wasn't legislated, it grew out of the judicial branch, most recently from Supreme Court decisions in the 1950s. It's applicable to dozens of nations (I believe around 50) and it's nature is determined by the laws of the other nation, not the US. For example, if Cuba decides Cuban immigrants to the US or their descendents hold dual citizenship tomorrow, they're US citizens. Until then, they're US citizens in the US, Cuban citizens in Cuba.
