That picture is so much more telling if you take into consideration the psycology of the "family". Off to the left you have the mother, still with the weight gain and no one is looking at her, embracing her...not even her husband. Yet the "family" all slim and photogenic are all "together" on the right side of the photo and the "baby" is being looked down in semi-adoration by the "Petersons" , while the Mother looks as if she does not know where she belongs or what to do, an outsider....look at the picture and I do feel sorry for that woman.

Yeah I caught the last half of LKL when I got home. I thought Roy Black, the Florida Defense attorney basically publically rebuked Geragos and his team. He said he's making some VERY BIG MISJudgment!!

On LKL they openly mocked Geragros who had been offered to Van to have tested. Like the San Fran assistant DA said, Geragos is sinking his case faster than the Titanic. Roy Black also mocked it. Bottom line from Black was for the Defense to shut the hell up!

Didn't e-mail Geragos, but went to website and there's no Matthew Dalton. A story from the Fresno Bee stated he was a member of Geragos and Geragos. Either he's a new guy or they don't list all their lawyers.

Caught that show on MSNBC that you mentioned over the weekend-the one about the lesbian lovers in Grand Rapids that killed the people in the old folks home. Both of those gals are where they should be.

just watched Greta out here on the left coast and I gotta do some mad emailing to her too. I wish she would put a big muzzle on that Janie Winetraub and Gloria Allred when they are on. They just outshout everyone else and it drives me nuts.

Oh one time I did email her when they were all over the place about the house being a dry hole and suggested that Snotty Scotty smothered Laci hence no blood all over the place....it was just a thought....

We have minds and can draw our own conclusions based on what facts we currently know. As new facts are revealed we can change those conclusions. We are not the jury. But we also can draw reasonable conclusions without sitting on the jury.

The odds of him being at the exact location where his wife's body is found several hours away from their home the day his wife disappeared is hugely improbable.

Astronomical actually.

The odds are very high he is the murder.
