How do you come down on this anyway? I have not followed individual posters much on the threads.

As a free citizen, I believe he is guilty. Were I to be a juror, I would weigh the evidence as it was presented in the courtroom with an open mind.

BTW, I told my wife he was guilty as soon as I heard he had taken an extended fishing trip on Xmas Eve day. I also told her as soon as I found out about his gf that he was a rat and problably had had other affairs.

I wonder how many "affairs" there will be? I'm very interested to see what he "said" in all those phone calls to Amber. eg. Offering her expensive Jewelry! Talking about making a life together. You really have to almost think backward to find this guy innocent. He hasn't just done a couple suspicious things. His behaviour has been super suspicious and NEVER stopped until his arrest.

Yesterday I had a link to the FBI missing persons poster. In it it clearly says,at the time she was last seen she was wearing her dimond ring.

Today it says in the Philadelphia Daily News online,philly.com that,"Scott Peterson had taken the jewelery to the store to combine the stones in one ring."So now we have Scott saying,I took the wedding dimond to the jeweler.This is what I was looking for in print, confirmation the it was Scott not Laci who took the rings in to be reset at the jeweler.

So which is it Scott, was she wearing it like it you said in the FBI poster or did you take it to the jeweler to have it reset? You cannot have it both ways.

It was reported that someone saw the shoes,the police did not collect and the shoes disappeared.The defense wanted to inventory Laci's shoes to see if any were missing.Of course we don't know whose shoes were seen!Spinning,spinning!
