Did anyone catch geraldo's "Breaking News -- Fox News Alert" last evening? It was the most pathetic stunt I have ever seen and it is harmful to Fox. If you can believe it, the "breaking news" was that geragos claims that the leaks did not come from the defense. Earth to Fox and to geraldo: That is not news! That is a claim, and most probably a false claim at best. That was it; I will never turn on geraldo ever again. He is right up geragos' ass, as most of us thought he would be. Fox: you are letting him get away with it! geraldo is aiding geragos in making a circus act out of this travesty. Fox's coverage should be directed to helping to bring justice to Laci & Connor & the Rocha Family -- not lies, innuendos and injustice! I am flaming made! Fox had better get a grip on geraldo and what they pass for "breaking news" because geraldo is casting a very negative "tabloid news mag" light on them. Shame on geraldo, geragos & his hack lawyers and staff and every one of the peterson's.

The Rocha's attorney said the peterson's have been all over that house many times. He even said that there was a report of them using the pool! If this is true -- which I am certain the part about the peterson's having been at the house many times is -- then how would you feel? The "crime scene" exists when the peterson's go in and out of it, doesn't it? In sum, the Rocha's didn't let their anger get the best of them.

I saw an interview with a man who is very close to the judge and he said that he thinks ther will be a gag order,soon..judge wants to keep controll of this trial...stop all the leaks and sensationalism before MG really goes on a tear...

why would SP use an alibi that placed him at the same place that the body was dumped?

He was spotted there, as it turns out. Reports have him backing into a part of the launch ramp and conversing with marina employees. He couldn't very well deny being there.

all the "evidence" that has come out is IMO purely circumstantial.

That's the problem for SP, there is a mountain of circumstantial evidence pointing to him. Possible eyewitnesses at the Berkeley Marina that may be able to testify to contents inside the boat.

ABC's "Good Morning America" reported that it had obtained a copy of Laci Peterson's sealed autopsy report

I'd like to know where they are getting this stuff; and I wish somebody OFFICIALLY wanted to know, too.

Adam Stewart, an attorney for Laci Peterson's family, the Rochas, said nothing that was taken had any bearing on the case.

"We're talking about this young lady's wedding dress, and about her personal effects, about the baby's clothes and about the baby's crib," he said.

Stewart said prosecutors had approved the family's request to retrieve personal items, though prosecutors later said they had not given permission.

The episode might have been precipitated by a news release sent out earlier in the week by the Rocha family's lawyers, complaining that they had been unable to reach an agreement with defense attorneys to get Laci Peterson's personal effects out of the house. The release listed the items the family wanted.

According to another family lawyer, Albert Clark, the release prompted an angry phone call Thursday from Scott Peterson's lead defense attorney, Mark Geragos, vowing "war" with the family.

Clark said when he related that conversation to Laci Peterson's mother, Sharon Rocha, "She was very emotionally distraught and said, 'I've got to do something.'

"So, she acted from the heart," he said.

Modesto police, who arrived at the house while the items were being loaded into pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles and driven away, said they were treating the dispute as a civil matter, though they planned to catalog what had been taken.

I think the judge had better hurry up and gag everyone! This is getting way out of hand.
But, I can just hear Geragos giving interviews and saying " Well, we have LOTS of evidence and witnesses which will blow this case wide open and I'd LOVE to be able to tell you BUT,darn gag order won't let me tell you" And Jackie and gang will be in the background bobbing their heads in total agreement! He's still going to keep spouting garbage and hiding behind the gag order....just a guess :)

Didn't a "friend" of Scott Peterson's break into that house and steal Laci's wedding gown after the police had turned it over to him? I thought I read that a while back; no charges filed and they got the wedding dress back.

It seems to be THAT would have disturbed any crime scene "evidence" that could possibly have been there.
