Defense Team Seeking Man Named 'Donnie' as Laci Peterson Murder Suspect

The question is, how does the defense want to play this "Donnie" angle? Are they going to say Laci stumbled unpon Donnie and his gang? Are they going to say Laci was a user, while pregnant? Is this the begining of Laci bashing?

Just how does a drug dealer fit in this picture on Christmas Eve, as to Scott's story: Laci going out to walk the dog? So, let's see, Laci stumbled upon them while walking (whoops, so much for the house being a crime scene, MamaJackie-what's you crying about), they grab her and think, gosh, better kill this pregnant woman but what are we going to do with the body? Gee, let's think about that for a while. About ten days two weeks later, reports surface that her husband was fishing off the BerkleyPier that day: Hey, brilliant idea guys, let's drive 90 miles to frame him, but let's make it hard to identify her too!

BTW, after seeing Greta walk that path in the park, I really do not believe Laci would be walking there at that stage of her pregnancy, too steep and unstable ground, jmo.

If someone else killed Laci...

Ok..let's pretend Snot left the house as he said, and Laci went out walking with the dog.

Now, Donnie comes in the Brown Van, and takes her.(Didn't someone say a neighbor saw two men walking with her?). Ok..however they did it, they killed her............THEN WHAT?

Did they KNOW who her husband was?

Did they know he drove 95 miles to go fishing?

Did they KNOW he would tell the police that he was fishing at that spot?

What did they do with her body after they killed her? Take her home?

Did they take her home and wait by the t.v. to see it unfold so they would know what to do with the body?

Was it in their plan to dismember the body ?

They would have to know that her husband was going fishing...where he was going fishing..when he left from fishing..and then go out TO THAT SPOT, and dump the body there.

How did they know after they killed her, that he would report that he was fishing? They didn't. So there they were, with this pregnant dead lady.

We have to believe a whole lot to believe these other people or person did this. What would be the motive? And why WAIT until they could plant the body in the very water 95 miles from Modesto on CHRISTMAS EVE or CHRISTMAS DAY...(" Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas" )

How long was it before they started to search the water?

After they waited with this dead body..when did they go SAFELY to that lake, load the body, and ride it with weights to a designated spot? And why would they do that ?

Why wouldn't they just dump her someplace? Did they know Snot and want to pin something on him? What was the motive for killing her and making sure Peterson was accused? and...

Could this be any more stupid ?

I still like Marcia Clark a lot. She took a bad rap in the Simpson case. That was an impossible case NOT due to anything Marcia did. Ito was a great deal to blame for letting the race issue in and for running a Courtroom out of control. Not only that, those jurors were NEVER going to convict Simpson. That was a nullified jury from day one. Did you know that there was one OLD juror lady on there that couldn't even remember the name of the juror beside her. I'm sure she digested the forensic evidence. YUP!!

Not only that Rusty, Laci's friends say that from December 14th on she was having trouble breathing and had swollen ankles. There is NO WAY she went for a walk. NONE.

And they wouldn't even have had to wait ten days; in the Missing Person bulletin the MPD put out on the 27th, posted somewhere on this thread today, it said he had gone fishing!

KCRA3, Sacramento, reports that MG has filed a motion to have the Stanislaus County DA removed from the case.

For what reason?

BTW, MSNBC just now reported that the defense says that they had wanted to catalog Laci's SHOES in the house, but now, alas, the Rochas have taken them.

Now why would the defense want to catalog HER shoes?
