Sharon Rocha has lost her daughter and grandson and at the rate Geragos is going maybe her sanity. I just pray she will be given the strength to deal with all the other evil things this defense has yet to unleash on us.

Both the DA and the defense "sources" have stated there are at least two other women involved with Scott, besides Amber, although neither would go so far as to describe the relationships as "girlfriend". One report has a stripper with Scott the night before his arrest, and he asked her to drive him to Mexico. This is not confirmed, I am just repeating what was reported from several sources a few days ago

I remember watching that report on one of the talkshows, but I don't remember if SP asked the stripper to drive him to Mexico or vice versa...Thanks for clarifying this..

Don't know...Good question....But how would the Rocha's know where the jewelry was unless Laci told them? Don't think Scott would tell them IMHO!

Maybe the jeweler told the Rocha family that they had them?

When we have seen her wearing the O2 outside the courtroom....that would be very reasonable. From what I understand....WALKING.....takes oxygen...and can be extremely difficult.

Geragos Will Not Seek Charges Against Laci's Family

MODESTO, Calif. -- Scott Peterson's attorney, Mark Geragos, said Saturday that he would not seek charges against family members and friends of Laci Peterson who staged an impromptu raid on the couple's Modesto home and removed several items including a rocking chair and crib.

Geragos told the Associated Press that he was seeking to calm down the anger and rhetoric surrounding the high-profile double murder case which reached a boiling point on Friday.

"I am not seeking their arrest," he said. "We're going to try and resolve this through appropriate channels and not fight it out in the media."


The tone from the defense was much different than that which allegedly touched off Friday's developments. The Rochas family atttorneys -- in a press conference on the couple's lawn -- said Geragos had told them that "if you want war, you got war" after negotiations to allow the Rochas to enter their late daughter's home broke down on Thursday afternoon.

"We thought we had it worked out with Geragos (who represents Scott Peterson) that she (Sharon) could come in here (Laci's home) next Tuesday (June 3)," said Al Clark, one of the two attorneys the Rocha family has hired to attempt to gain access to the home of their daughter.

"He (Geragos) called us in a very loud, very boisterous manner (on Thursday) and said he's not going to allow anyone in the house...I called Sharon and this is right after she heard about the autopsy report and she was very emotional as you can understand and she just said 'I've got to do something.'"

When asked what exactly Geragos said, Clark said he was told by his partner Adam Stewart that the famed defense attorney said: "The words he used were 'If you want war, you'll get war.' I can only think that we were suppose to file a lawsuit to get back a wedding dress and photos. It just seems ridiculous to me."

nope, same thing would happen just like Ellie Nesler... She shot her child's molestor, in the court house, and she was convicted.... (her aftermath life story is another issue)

those are 2 main court hearings you are referring to. There were and are, several other court hearings in between...

not really.. The lender is lien holder in secured trust on the property per the trust deed... Until the debt is paid in full. If they fail to make the payments, foreclosure happens, and everyone looses... What will happen in the property aspect of this home, unless the Peterson's officially thru probate, obtain legal rights to the home, and in the power of attorney, out right buy the home from Scott, and finance out of his name.. (after all, scaughty is in jail, and can't make the payments, hence the home is doomed to foreclose!) (just my opinion ....)
