What would really be funny is if I could think of something cool for the sonar to pick up....

I'm thinking about it, too--want to see if we can get a carload to go together?

Must be a big weekend for weddings in Houston. I have a couple of friends also heading to Houston for a wedding.

I will probably leave here around 8:00AM and visit my sister, DrewsAunt(of course), before the FReep. If everyone else from Austin wimps out, maybe we can work something out.
Hopefully, we can get several going from here.

Don't forget they called themselves the WD-40's (though I still like the chicken feed idea).

I was thinking more of a demo"rat" hiding under the state of Oklahoma. Have the Oklahoma look like a rug or carpet type-o-thing. Ya know?

I made my signs last night, but if anyone wants an idea, they might make one thanking the Democrats who stayed in Austin to represent their constituents. This is from a Texas Citizen Action Network email:

Let's begin at the beginning - by recognizing that small group of realistic Democrats who believed it a mistake not to reach out to the new majority being ushered into leadership and embarrassed by Texas. By putting Texas first, Democrat Representatives Ron Wilson, Vilma Luna, Roberto Gutierrez & Sylvester Turner were effective bright spots. On the Senate side, Democrats Rodney Ellis, Eddie Lucio & Judith Zaffirini were part of a very effective team. Hats off to you, and many thanks for your good and strong efforts this legislative session.

Flyer...any news on where we should park? I haven't been over by that hotel since the Oilers played here and we used to stop at the Scoreboard Sports Bar after noon games to catch the later ones.

I did another drive by last night. I can't see any close by legal parking. Spread out and be subtle.

FReep day Bump!

I just finished a 21 hour day. I don't know if I can keep my eyes open long enough to be there.

I did pass by last night and the welcome sign is out. . .
