I'm doing my best to soothe any hurt feelings---and "go along to get along".....but I'm not seeing even THAT helps. Seems once you find yourself in the 'dark side' category....there is NO getting out of it with certain folks.

I enjoy the sharing and information on these threads, so here's hoping the 'dark side' is not what I'm thinking it is.

Unfortunately, they will have to get used to it (as used to it as they can) as the media frenzy is nothing when compared to the hard, brutal facts of a criminal trial. I would not trade places with them for all the tea in China. I only hope that the grace of God can sustain them through this nightmare.

Perhaps, but all you need to do is create doubt. If I had sat on the Simpson jury I wouldn't have convicted him. The cops had their hearts in the right place when they tampered with the evidence, but it open that big door known as "shadow of a doubt". If the cops and prosecutors follow the laws of the land and the proper procedures, you don't run into problems like this. If Peterson get's off they'll have no one but themselevs to blame.

I just listened to Wendy Murphy on CNN and she said the Judge will likely issue a gag order and she said there may even be "sanctions" issued for this little event. How many people on here think Geragos is as big a liar as Peterson??

I heard Fuhrman interviewed yesterday. He said he had never known ONE person who was a member of satanic cult...nor ever worked on ANY case involving a satanic cult. He also said he didn't know one cop---in all his years in law enforcement---who had either.

Whereas Geragos attempts to make this 'cult' sound almost part of the ordinary 'landscape'......Fuhrman makes it sound rarer than an icecube in the Sahara, and just about as far-fetched.
