They sent TWO lamps and 3 unopened Christmas presents Laci had bought over to Al Clark's office.

Claudia Cowan, on Fox Report, said Matt Dalton, one of Geragos' attorneys assisting in this case (again, who's paying This guy, too?), said they had wanted to videotape Rocha's while they were in the house. Now this flys in the face of them saying yesterday, oh yeah, the Rochas can go in without anyone monitoring them.

The ruling today about the autopsy and the tapes was from that hearing earlier in the week -- remember the news people asking for access? That's what this was about.

He will decide about the DA's request to release, next week.

Now Howlin, didn't the lovely Petersons leave plants outside for the Rochas to pick up too? I think it was Spec who said "how big of them" yesterday.

Did anyone read the people mag about the Petersons last week? SP was the only child between the freak Jacko (I do see some Michael Jackson resemblance in her looks and the behavior there) and Lee. The whole screwed up clan adored SP so much. Lee said SP never had to walk until he was 2, because he was always being carried by someone. He was probably never told no, and in return they created a monster.

And what was Jackie busy doing when she was "cleaning and dusting"......she may have destroyed some [evidence]. It works two ways.

Ignoring the Rocha's loss and grief and treating them so cavalierly about Laci's personal possessions shows how emotionally blind these Petersons are. They're not preserving a crime scene so much as trying to preserve Scott's "assets" soas to pay MG and/or to give ScottyBoy a home to come back to (in their dreams).
