The Rocha attorney on Fox said that after the Rochas went public about not being allowed in the house, the DA called them and said they could go in next Tuesday.

And he said that Geragos called HIM and screamed into the phone, "If you want a war, you've got one!"

Alarms were blaring, cops were there and Rochas and friends climbed over fence while loud music was playing "Lean on Me".

Yes, I freaked out too when I heard this, but with giddiness :).

I'm so happy that this was done and that the MPD backed them up.

I'm fed up with Geragos steering the boat. It's about time someone fired back and who better than Laci's family.

This is "in your face" retaliation and I doubt too many people are sympathizing with the defense.

No, the stuff at Clark's office was delivered by McAllister's office........Scott's attorney had REMOVED stuff from the house and had it stored at their offices.

He said that the DA said they could go in and then Geragos called him yesterday at 1;30 and say NO WAY.

Geregos is acting like an *ss. He needs to remember that there is still jury pool out here and he is making his client look even more cold and heartless. People are outraged!

Oh.....I didn't finish: Sometime this morning, McAllister's office dumped a load of stuff off at Clark's office; that is in addition to the stuff they are taking out of the house........the Rochas are NOT bringing stuff to the lawyer.

Sharon just called Clark to come to the house!

in my opinion, it isn't really Abrams fault for reporting something given to him. It is that person(s) who should be at fault for releasing such information knowing court instructions not to do so.

I plead moderate naivete in legal matters, but I fear something that I'm not sure is possible.

Isn't there such a thing as declaration of a mistrial because of incompetent representation?

Could they get through the trial and then dredge up all the terrible missteps of Geragos?

The Rocha's lawyer, Clark stated on KFBK, can't verify, but it came from the defense to release info on the autopsy report.. Clark stated this...(I think that is one of the attorney's name)

It's two separate things; the Rochas did go into the house today, against their attorneys' advice.

But evidently Scott's attorneys had already removed a lot of her stuff already and stored it at McAllister's office because one of McAllister's flunkies dumped a load there about an hour ago.

Albert Clark is indicating Geragos is NOT cooperating.
