I read an article this morning from ABC News that said the tape found on Conner is video tape.
To: Wheat
Didn't Jackie say that they went to the house and cleaned it up (can you just see her and her porta-oygen tank, weilding a vacuum cleaner or doing the dishes-yeah!)?
Let's hope she was at least able to use an eraser and clear that message. My heart is just aching even more for the Rocha's, and I'm sure even worse stuff will happen for them in the future. Prayers for their continued strength...

While Jackie P. probably has done housework and lots of it in her lifetime, I can't get a mental picture of her doing it.

I wonder if the judge will agree to unseal the autopsy report now. I understand the prosecution has withdrawn their request that it be sealed. I believe the words were "they were calling the defense's bluff".
Nothing would be sweeter than to cut Geragos off at the pass with every trick he tries.
I also heard that Playboy has stated that they never offered and Amber never requested any photo deal. Talk about a rumor out of the blue !!!!!

Sounds like it will turn out to be either video or audio tape. You know how people are always discarding broken cassette tapes--and by the time such a tape gets discarded, usually it's been pulled out of its plastic cover somewhat, from the owner's attempts to fix it.
We need a PICTURE of that tape!
Another strange thing that was in one article was that they said "some of the tape was also found on Laci's lower torso, outside her clothes." (Not an exact quote.) I thought Laci's body didn't HAVE any clothes left on it, except possibly a bra??

No way did Jackie push the vacuum! Unless, as has been speculated, her oxygen tank is mostly a fake sympathy play.

I'm waiting to see what is going to happen this morning. I believe they have some kind of hearing with the judge about unsealing the tapes for the press.
Now Geraldo is back on Fox, revising some of what was said yesterday.
Geragos went a little too far this time, IMO.

Maybe who ever took the pics of the inside of the house That would be The National Enquirer. The Rocha attorney said last night on Greta that the neighbors saw them climbing the fence and tried to get them to stop, but they went in anyway; that's where those latest pictures came from.

Geragos hung himself, didn't he?
I don't think there are too many surprises left in the autopsy for us to see. Looks like they leaked the salacious stuff..It was the their best pathetic shot.
So now, we still have the Forensic evidence and Amber's testimony. THAT is the crux of this case. The "OMG, OMG, OMG" shocker from Amber should be worth tuning into the trial for..
Thank God it's a slow day, and I can get some work done.
Later, sw

Yesterday was a real lesson in media hysteria, wasn't it? A piece of plastic tape and a postmortem cut morphed into a noose and a stab wound before our very eyes!
I think little Geraldo is pissed (can I say pissed on FR?) that Dan Abrams scooped him. Now Geraldo will do whatever he can to discredit the leaked info...
To: redlipstick
LOL....I was just thinking that very same thing.
And don't forget, when Geraldo got in trouble in Iraq, it was MSNBC, namely Keith Olberman, who really carried out a vendetta against Rivero.
He and Shep have a hissy fit yesterday about the "exclusive" MSNBC had.
To: Howlin
Geragos went a little too far this time, IMO. Yep. He's so full of himself that he got carried away.
It tells me that he is anticipating a very difficult time getting his client off. He's kicked into overdrive and may have gone over the cliff.
I can't wait to see his face when the verdict comes back "GUILTY".

A day without humiliation of eager beaver journalists is like a day without sunshine!
Really, if this causes a rift between Geraldo and MG, AND FOX and MSNBC, it's going to make watching this all play out be even more compelling.
IOW, life is too important to be taken seriously, so let's just sit back and watch the show.

Geragos hung himself, didn't he?It sure seems so. His little ploy seems to have backfired.
The more desperate the defense appears, the more guilty their client looks.

I've heard Laci was found in only a nursing bra and I've also heard she was wearing a maternity pajama top. I am also wondering about those pictures of her remains and whether they are genuine.
