Very bad news for Peterson.Keeping with his dimbulb defense, Geragos thinks this is a GOOD thing.
Go figure.
(Am I right in remembering that SP said on Diane Saywer that he DID tell the police the first night about his affair(s)?)

Yes, SP told DS that he told police about his affair right from the beginning! Another lie.

Lisle (?) what's her name are saying that Amber will be the prosecutions motive.
Unless I'm mistaken, the prosecution doesn't have to prove motive.

They are basically going over most everything we've heard: not letting the police into the house, the lies, etc.
They agree if character comes into the decision, he loses.

They are saying that the prosecution is saying in private that they DO have incriminating blood evidence.

I'm certain they have blood evidence! And I agree with you: a lot of her blood from her body flowed into the bay.

Hmmm.......they now have a retired judge on the show who is saying he doesn't understand how Amber will even get in as a witness.
He seems to not know what he's talking about.....LOL.

Sorry, I thanked you too soon. I'm looking for the Van Dam- Westerfield thread I had posted here regarding the settlement but also Westerfield's letters from prison to his friends! SignOnSanDiego.com has all of the articles, but of course, not our threads and erudite comments!
\I bookmarked that thread, but I can't access my own bookmarked threads!

As I read the article it said, that Homar Maldonado reported his sighting Jan 1,2003. If he meant he reported it to an officer who was conducting a "real time search", then to my knowledge there were no searchs in La Loma Park New Year's Day. If he means he called in his report to the Modesto Police Dept on January 1st, then there should be a log, of his call plus the name of the officer, who told him, "Peterson went in the opposite direction of what he saw." Does any one else know what the meaning of,"Peterson went in the oposite direction?"(at one point the dogs lead handlers to a dumpster, but I do not think that is the context in his story)Either way, it should be easy to verify if indeed Homar Moldonado reported this sighting to LE Jan. 1st and whether or not LE didn't do a follow up, on a creditable lead.Something about his story doen't pass the smell test with me.Does any one else read his story and get a different impression than I do?

IF Laci's body was still clad (or partially clad) in the outfit she wore to her sister's beauty shop on the evening of the 23rd, then Scott killed her later that same night.
IF Laci's sister and the police did not find that outfit in the house during any of the searches, then that also tends to prove that Laci NEVER lived through the night.
I have to sign-off for a bit. Be back soon.

Fox not breaking too much news here; they just had a retired detective who said that the prosecution has handled the case professionally; and he said that there have been virturally NO leaks from the prosecution......I'm not sure about that.
I'd suspect most of the "leaks" are coming from civilians involved -- and, of coure, MG.
