1946 is the birth year of America's 42nd President Bill Clinton who, over the years, has earned himself the reputation of a liberal and progressively-minded politician. The only stain on his otherwise impeccable public image was the Monica Lewinsky scandal.

ROTFLMAO! After composing myself I thought I'd point this statement out to those of you who might be inclined to review this History as unbiased. I went to 1946 to read about the year I was born, sure hate sharing it with Clintoon, but READ THE ABOVE STATEMENT, what rubbish.

In a similar vein, from 1983:

Reagan's stance made some politicians in America believe he was insane , but he stayed his tough course believing it was the only way to bring the Soviet Union to the negotiating table.

Well, there's been so many - hope the site breaks it down in an easy-to-use manner...

On March 10, the US President Ronald Reagan stunned and intimidated a Florida audience with his notorious Evil Empire speech where he described the Soviet Union as the focus of universal evil and Communism as a sad and ridiculous chapter in human history.

President Reagan often said that one should get involved in war not when he is too strong, but when he is too weak. Hence his very tough stand in dealing with Moscow. Reagan's stance made some politicians in America believe he was insane, but he stayed his tough course believing it was the only way to bring the Soviet Union to the negotiating table.

In 1998 America was rattled by a major scandal, which was immediately picked up everywhere keeping the rumor mill running for quite some time. As it happened, President Bill Clinton appeared to have a sexual relationship with a White House intern, Monica Lewinsky. In a traditionally puritan country like the United States, the news came like a bolt from the sky seriously sallying the President's image. Clinton initially tried hard to deny any extramarital affairs but was eventually overwhelmed by the weight of hard facts he just couldn't refute. The specter of impeachment started looming large over the Chief Executive, not for his fling with Lewinsky but because of lying under oath. Happily for Clinton, impeachment never came and Monica moved on from her humble secretarial job to gain a celebrity status. She profited immensely from her amorous escapades with her book selling in millions of copies, her radio and television appearances attracting nationwide audiences and advertising agencies hard on her heels pleading for an appearance. The problem is, however, that much as President Clinton has done for America's prosperity, he will now most likely be remembered for his scandalous fling with Monica…

" The problem is, however, that as much as President Clinton has done for Americas prosperity, he will now most likely be remembered for his scanalous fling with Monca."

Prosperity ? You mean his going into office in a upswing economy and leaving it in recession ?
Monica is not the only scandal I remember ! How about trashing the dignity of the White House. Well the list of damage that Ex-pervert of The United States has done to this country is not able to be measured !
Talk about a crock !
