That's about the same thing wheat said, I think you ladies are probably right. But I must say it's scary that you would just *know* that. Cold...

She killed her twin sister whom she had not seen in years. Her sister was married to the man, now she can assume her sister's identity and be with the man....
That's the best I can do on short notice.

Hi, PLEEEEAASE Answer my psych testing in post #319...they are waiting for the 'correct' answer :)'K, while "investigating" the identity of the man, she finds out that he is an investigator from her late-mother's law firm. She also finds out that her sister killed her mother.

Given my earlier posts about my belief that Lee is a very smart man, but that his ego is oversized and he's more about showbiz now, that whatever side he's been retained for, it usually is better for the other, imo, I'll venture he is on MG payroll at the moment. I could very well be wrong, and will stand corrected if someone has that information. Given that he didn't specifically state who had brought him in to the case is interesting. There are times when one side retains a plethora of experts just to keep the other from getting their hands on them.
There are some states that I believe do have him on retainer, be interesting to see if CA is one.

You didn't wait for my answer! I was reading as fast as I could to see if you had answered it BEFORE I went and "jumped the post," so to speak.

Napoltano on Geraldo says the Prosecution will have a hard time getting a conviction w/o a cause of death, they have to prove how he perpatrated the crime.
They never listed a cause of death for Danielle, and guess whos's sitting on death row!

He also says that while he thinks tha Geragos is an excellent trial attorney, he is appaled that the Sataic killing theroy will be presented and that the jury and the family will have to be sujected to something so absurd.
