Scott Peterson defense source who saw the reports said Laci had been "carved up" and that her "head is not the only part that is missing."Any so called carving up of Laci's body could very well have resulted from contact with a ships propeller. Large ocean going vessels ply the shipping channels in the area her body was discovered on a daily basis. Although the channels are dredged on an ongoing basis large ships have only a few feet clearance. Prop wash often stirrs up bottom silt visible in the ships wake.

Consider this option: We only know about one of Scott's little affairs. Suppose he had many more. Suppose that one of the women he dated secretly was a Satanist. Opens up even more twists and turns doesn't it?
Another thought -- Modesto has become home for many people who work in San Francisco or Oakland or the 'Bay Area.' They buy homes there and commute to S.F. daily or stay in the city and may pay for a place to sleep three days a week. S.F. is world famous for its Satanists.
It just gets creepier and creepier.

It is clear now why the Peterson family chose the likes of Geragos for their son's defender.
Not surprising either that the media will run with Geragos every disgusting lie.

Wonder how long Roger Ailes is going to put up with Geraldo being a mouthpiece for that other piece of dirt, Geragos.

McMartin was not B.S. The media bought the B.S. line because it was easy to sell. There is much the D.A. kept secret.

Geragos became a media darling when he defended Susan McDougal against Ken Starr. He also felt free to come on TV and outright lie about the circumstances surrounding the drunk driving arrest of Roger Clinton. As you can see, he finds the sleaziest of people to defend.

Laci is becoming a victim of a satanic cult called, "criminal defense attorneys." Ah yes, the wonderful lawyer industry: Utterly corrupt, completely unregulated, de facto rulers of the soulless democrat partyy, a "We are above the law" attitude criminal group of vermin in $3000 empty suits.

Why, didn't the D.A. want to get a conviction? "Secret evidence" is B.S., too, except in cases involving classified information.
Wasn't that the case where the (coached) children said babies were sacrificed and that Chuck Norris was involved?
I'm sorry. Children *do* lie, and they can be easily misled.

Chris Matthews had the noted forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden and sleazeball defense attorney Geoffrey Feiger on HARDBALL last night, and all three of them were laughing and ridiculing Geragos's new "theory."

"The cult scenario meshes with the defense belief that 27-year-old Laci was carved up and her unborn son was cut from her body - not expelled naturally in a process known as "coffin birth" after her death, as law-enforcement officials have said."
LOL!
IF we are to believe the previous reports, WRT the baby being far LESS decomposed than Laci was, then it is absolutely impossible for a Satanic Cult to have carved her up.
The baby and Laci would have been equal in decomposition.
THIS is a no-brainer and Geragos should be ashamed of himself, if that is possible.

I keep hearing about these "satanic cults," but I never hear about anybody ever being busted. After all that B.S. with the McMartin Pre-School I thought it had finally died down.
About 95% of "Satanic Cult" activity is basically fabricated by fundie religious nutballs; one famous murder case in Texas where the local DA and a couple of his religious buddies basically went nuts arresting half the town, policemen, etc. before they were stopped.
The other 5% is basically idiot teenagers becoming Satanist wannabees, but at times they do commit heinous crimes.

According to their chilling scenario - which they stress is just a working theory - eight-months-pregnant Laci was abducted and sacrificed in a satanic ritual by one of several cults in the Modesto area, NBC reported. Followers of Geragos' last killer client, Gary Condit, perhaps?

she and her unborn son were victims of a satanic cult. That's ridiculous, everyone knows it was Columbian drugs lords...

My tagline is from an editorial in the May 12th print edition of National Review.
It's about Operation Iraqi Freedom. Remember?

One could dismiss, say,
socialism that way, too...

Is Scott Peterson still using Mark Geragos? This guy makes you want to take a shower to get that icky feeling off everytime he talks. He is one of those lawyers that will do or say anthing for money. My feelings exactly. Many defense attorneys are despicable, but he is one of the worst.
I'm not so sure my blood pressure can handle the months of listening to him and all this ridiculousness he's throwing out for public consumption.
Every time I see or hear of him, I think of that beautiful smile of Laci's and how her parents must feel to have this creep defending the monster that, I believe, killed their daughter. Unbelievable and horrible pain !!!!

I forgot to say, "and their grandson."

Right!
If you say so...wink, wink.
