But they gave her back to them?? I can't believe they'd give her back to her mother if that's the case. I hope they wouldn't! Only if she was a homeschooling Christian would those children be removed from the home. /sarcasm
Yeah that was pretty cranky. I've seen some things over the years that would make your head spin. Seems that those jackasses over at Children's Services never find the real abusers until it's too late.

Isn't it sick! Obviously the mom's not too smart.., and predators prey on ignorance and stupidity. Imo intelligence has nothing to do with being a fit parent. If you have a child, and you can't instinctively protect that child, what exactly are you good for?

oh..I agree. I just picture some ignorant naive for lack of better term in this situation MOM who saw stardom in her daughters future. (soley based on the part of the article where it says that she becames suspicious) Don't you think it takes some degree of intelligence to know how to protect one's daughter from predators? ?? I mean, maybe she really was greedy, and knew the danger she was putting her daughter in. In that case, my thoughts/premise of ignorance would not be applicable of course!

Yes, I did notice. I also noticed how some of the pictures resembled the type of pictures shown in that other high profile case, Jon Benet Ramsey. I don't know if those have been posted here, but they were shown on our local teevee news--dressed very adult, flirty you might say. Far too young for all that..
