Regarding Big Mama's boy...

I'd have been pretty suspect of my son if he were out on the golf course mourning his wife every day. Now, my husband...that's another story...just kidding!

OH, ping to everyone...!
All of this talk of the chicken wire and dumping of one's wife in a body of water has finaly jogged my over 40 memory!
25 Years ago, my cousin's, wife's 19 year old sister went missing after a meeting withe her estranged husband about 4 blocks away from my house. CPD found her car about 4 blocks from the meeting spot, but no trace of her. She was a young mother of a 1 year old and was very close to her sisters. She was missing for 2 mos before they found her body wrapped with CHICKEN WIRE and dumbells and dumped in the Cal Sag Canal! Guess who's weights they were proven to be???
He was convicted and sentenced to life w/o parol but it didn't end there...After an aunt adopted the motherless child, scumbags relitives came out of the woodwork and tried to take the baby back to Mexico with them and mind you they hadn't laid eyes on their son in years or met his wife and child! After a court ordered grandparents visitation the child was abducted to Mexico for about a year but thankfully recovered...but the murdering bastard had to add insult to injury and call in the troops to pull this off, and then after the baby came home to the aunt..he tried to petition for visitation in jail with the child!!!
Drama and greif all finaly came to and end when the child was 6 and all of the murderers's parental rights were legally severed forever.
So, yes Virginia, there is a Satan, and he could turn out to be your husband!

Something has crossed my mind from time to time...

When Amber's existence was just being hinted at, there were hints that she was part of a prominent extended family..now I was talking music with Maggie and it reminded me of a question.

Is Amber any kin to Glen Frey, formerly of the Eagles?

My first hubby was like that...playing golf all the time and his parents thought he could do no wrong. One of the reasons I find Snott so repulsive.

I'm not really sure, but I do remember reading about the "coffin birth" and how the amniotic fluid actually acts as a preservative for the baby and that is why his condition was in such a better state than that of Laci's. So that would blow the whole "carving" theory right there.

There are so many reasons not to like him, and yet you've added another, that's funny!

I read on another board (websleuths?, Purgatory?) that Amber's mother is either from Kansas or Arkansas. You can do the math...

I remember the concrete, don't recall if the two were related.

I noticed, one of the times I saw Snott on t.v. in the past week or so, he had, what appeared to me, a smirk on his face again.....so very much different than his arraignment date when, for the first time during these horrendous months, he looked like he was going to cry.

You know I knew I had seen that name before. Interesting question. Boy, after he went solo his career went no where.

I like Rod Stewart but over the years I have just memorized groups and their songs. It's not much but it's all I got.LOL

If Ava needs a career path, I think she would be perfect for a Visine commercial.

I thought I caught that smirk on Snott's face again, too. It made me really want to wipe it off his smug face.

When we moved out to the boonies 15 years ago, the first summer with my husbad driving, we hit a young dear, it bounced off his side and came thru the windsheild slightly on my side and bounced off...I had the poor thing's blood splattered all aver me along with shattered glass, but all I could say was "Honey, go help the poor thing!" It was dead of course and I was crying about killing Bambi! (he went back a few weeks later and got the skull and hung it on a tree in the yard to taunt me!)
A few months after that I ran over a chipmunck and cried to my kids, "I killed Chip!" Afew weeks later, "I killed Dale!"
After that "road kibble" as my little man calls it became an everyday thing to come across every time we went for a ride!

We don't even know him....and we can pick it out; he also aid this sort of air about him too, as he was led into the court room....it reminded me of other times he was caught on film, walking like "you ain't gonna pin this on me.....I'm too clever." What an animal.
