Clandestine government organizations are going to great efforts to ‘modernize' their weapon systems through trade, treaties and even military confrontation with ET races...

There is a likely hood [sic] that the clandestine government organizations representing global humanity - still relatively immature in dealing with interplanetary affairs between ET species - may similarly overstep tacit boundaries that exist which prevent an overt and large scale extraterrestrial intervention in human affairs.

In summary, the continued non-disclosure of the ET presence, and the focus on an increasing militarized response to ET interventions, reflected in part by increased militarism in international affairs as evidenced most recently by US intervention in Iraq, constitutes a great danger to human sovereignty and independence since it may lead to a kind of interplanetary war where defeat would erase humanity's sovereignty and independence.

Well, there you have it. Of course, I have come to the opposite conclusion from the same data - Iraq was just a testing ground - we need to arm ourselves to the teeth with pulse rifles and sawed-off assault phasers and send the SEALS and DELTA out to kick some serious alien butt. Heck, they may even turn out to be good to eat.

Have you or have you not

failed to notice the slope of the graphs of:

A) significant details in UFO etc reports

B) numbers of people of significant reputation, roles, positions, ranks going on record regarding the phenomena

C) quality of the details of such phenomena

--the slope of the graphs of these data getting steeper and steeper toward verticle?

No, I don't have websites with such graphs. But I sure have an internal awareness of such. It amazes me that so few people have been paying much attention.

Well, actually not. I don't mean to disparage, but this particular fellow isn't simply reporting contact with flying objects that may or may not be of extraterrestrial origin, he's positing that various governments, specifically that of the United States, are involved in covert exchanges of technology and outright warfare with them, and that such a program imperils our standing in whatever interstellar diplomatic status quo ante was extant before those organizations did so. Instead of a single shred of evidence beyond the verbal testimony of several outright fakes, he attempts to snow the reader with obscure references to the Meiji restoration and a putatitive similarity between this attempt to bootstrap ourselves into intersteller hegemony and the U.S.'s Iraq policy.

The Meiji restoration, incidentally, was catalyzed by the presence of foreign technology but not directly related - it was, in fact, the restoration of the Emperor and his allied clans into power over that of the Tokugawa alliance that had held sway as a Shogunate since the year 1600 AD. Beyond the fact that both situations had an oblique reference to non-native technology the analogy escapes me entirely.

There appears to be even less of a relation between such an attempt to acquire technology from BEMs and our Iraq policy other than the highly tenuous fact that sending DELTA out with zap guns and excising Saddam's nazis might both be categorized broadly as military actions. Beyond that the analogy fails utterly.

For those who have faith that we're in an ongoing period of active visit by intelligent, technologically-savvy entities other than human beings, I'd have to suggest that persons such as this author detract from credibility rather than bolster it. That doesn't mean all stories of visitors are phony, it merely means that this author is not a particularly clear thinker who has fabricated an illusion of events from whole cloth and has attempted to obscure the inadequacy of his case with pseudo-academic references to known events that bear no relation whatever to the case he is trying to make. Sorry - this one's a stinker.

Have you read many first hand experiences of farmers, hunters etc. with such arms who were frozen in their place ALMOST as quickly as they FIRST BEGAN TO THINK about using it--when they HAD THE ARMS IN THEIR HANDS ALREADY and didn't even have to reach for them as they might have had to do in bed?

It appears to be quite tricky indeed to be able to intercept/get the jump on the mind control/muscle control mechanism the ET's evidently use.

I can easily grant you the flaws you pointed out in this author's piece.

Perhaps I've grown to take huge portions of such in this field as chaff/error/disinformation/hogwash/whatever rather routinely.

I try to focus on the commonalities from a diversity of sources. Then if flakey sources have something interesting to say about things that have appeared as a commonality among a diversity of better sources, I sort of note that as additionally interesting.

I don't think anyone--even the DISCLOSURE PROJECT are more than remotely close to beginning to think about starting to commence to get the slightest major--certainly the slightest comprehensive handle on this complex, mystifying, contradictory, etc. set of phenomena.
