So, where were you for the WHP ralley for the Troops??????

I'm only here during the week, sorry I couldn't make it AGP. I missed seeing my old FRiend dirtboy from the Elian wars. Two friends -- Rippin and Dad was my hero -- went to the rally, but they didn't see the FR crew. I think Rippin met you during the election fiasco.

Nope. Lazamataz did one of these last year....

But of course the whole thing is derivative of The Simpsons' "Lisa Simpson" character and her relationship with the middle class power structure of Springfield.

That's right. Incidentally, "The Simpsons did it!" has already been done by South Park. :-)

Shakespeare already did the Simpsons in the play "Othello".

Is that *your* back to the camera?

That wasn't nice, bro. I nearly spilled my coffee in my haste to see Anna's (ahem) back.

And I couldn't care less what the mods allow or don't allow in breaking news.

Kudos to the mod who moved this thread to breaking news. An in you face to those who complain incessantly about such trivia. LOL!

I keep promising that I am going to make the computer a "no drink zone," but its so nice to sip a cup of brew while posting. Just doing my little bit to help the economy ...

Bravo! Well written...looks like you could write for The Onion!

LOL, I plagiarized the idea from their "Area Teen Gets Wasted" articles I read over the years.

lol, I gave up on the "no drink, no smoke, no eat" zone at my computer. Tried it for a whole thirty minutes, couldn't stand it so returned everything to normal - tore down the signs, removed the protective barriers and now everything is hunky-dory! I do almost everything here at the desk anyway, so...

i beg you, WW, not to sic Luis on me, though. all he has to do is look at me cross-eyed and i will start bawling!

Ironically, he's aiming for laughs . . . and you weep. I live for your tears . . . and you laugh.

It's so unfair. ;-)

LOL I got a "No Thanks" message from Jim in the middle of the night when I was FUI (Freeping Under the Influence)(post-surgery drugs) and I broke out in a sweat. I was more worried about getting banned than I would have been if I had lost my job!

LOL!

I'll buy a vowel--Harrisburg is your current location? :-)

Like Bogey in Casablanca, I came to Harrisburg from New York City for the higher salary.
