When my grandson was stillborn, although he lived until the moment of childbirth, the IRS says that my daughter cannot claim him as a dependent because he never took a breath. The 9 months of living evidence is completely thrown out the window, especially if it costs Uncle Sam any of his revenue!

Amazing how single cell 'Life forms' are now more valuable than life in a mothers womb. Don't forget that a fetus has its own distinct DNA. A human being is a human being. The fetus needs care just as much as a newborn does with proper diet and medical care. A fetus is not a lesion that the mother has the right to toss away at will. The Peterson case is a double murder in this man's opinion.
