This Admin. has gotten nothing but criticism for doing very judiciously just SOME of these things AFTER 9-11, when almost ANY protective measure could be justified, or at least rationalized. I hate to think what kind of firestorm would've occurred if they'd done it BEFORE 9-11.This is the classic NO WIN situation.
